WIDE RANGE OF LEGAL SERVICES IN RZESZÓW
Welcome to the website of my Law Firm. Each of us met with the concept of a law firm, but not everyone took advantage of the services of such an office. Usually, a meeting with an attorney-at-law is not associated with something positive, because it is connected with problems constituting a direct cause of such a meeting. Unfortunately, even if we follow all rules and we try to live in accordance with the principles of social coexistence, we cannot be sure that we will avoid situations requiring legal assistance. Despite the fact that we deal with the majority of problems, there are also cases that should be supervised by a specialist.
I run an individual legal practice in Rzeszów. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and a member of the Regional Bar Association in Rzeszów. Additionally, I completed the doctoral seminar at the WSPIA University of Rzeszów. Now, I am preparing a doctoral dissertation in the field of international law. The headquarters of my Law Firm is located in Rzeszów – however, as a mobile and organized person, I run cases all over the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
In my practice, I strive to ensure that all cases (entrusted to me) are adequately and constantly monitored and my clients are regularly informed about the progress of their cases.
For your convenience, I am prepared to provide legal assistance both at the headquarters of the Law Firm and at your place of residence or your registered office. I am aware of the importance of the matter entrusted to me, the importance of the case for clients’ future and the importance of regaining the balance violated by someone’s act, the importance of obtaining compensation, regaining financial stability and securing important interests. I am an insightful and reliable person, who respects lawyer’s secrecy. I strive to investigate (thoroughly) your problem in order to find the right solution, save your time and reduce costs.
My goal is to provide legal assistance addressed to both natural persons and legal entities, as well as units without legal personality. Therefore, my services are directed to prosperous enterprises, as well as to people, who are not able to bear high costs of legal services. I deal with common cases, typical problems of the average person, but I am also familiar with exceptional matters requiring an individual approach and narrow specialist knowledge. I can also provide legal services to foreign clients thanks to my knowledge of English (in speaking and writing).
